My Story
I was struggling with sudden weight gain due to menopause. Additionally, My cholesterol was 10 points higher for the first time. Family history-wise, mother suffered from dementia. Father faced issues with age-related frustration & stubbornness.
My lifestyle also played a significant role in my health journey. I had been a caregiver for nearly a decade, Looking after my elderly parents— my 82-year-old mother and 77-year-old father, who was diagnosed with dementia. The stress of caregiving, combined with the hormonal changes of menopause, added to my challenges.
How was FFD introduced and why I chose it?
I first came across Freedom From Diabetes (FFD) through Avadhut Sathe Trading Academy, where Dr. Pramod Tripathi had conducted a four-session program on YouTube. At that time, I had gained weight after menopause, Going from 58 kg to 73 kg over four months. A minor thyroid issue was also detected, Contributing to my weight gain. Not wanting to rely on hormone treatments, I enrolled in the Freedom from Obesity (FFO) program for weight loss.

The FFD team studied my case in detail and designed out a tailor-made plan. As I began following it, I could see positive results.
The best part has been I learned how to control weight. The four FFD protocols are superb.
I participated in a few Inner Transformation (IT) sessions with FFD experts. I found the sessions helpful but they could have even more better.
I incorporated meditation, yoga, and mindfulness into my daily routine. While my schedule remained inconsistent due to caregiving responsibilities, I managed to practice meditation for 15 minutes and yoga for about 30 minutes at least three times a week. Additionally, I engaged in walking and strength training using home equipment.
